⦿ Start off with a greeting message using the text + buttons node
⦿ Add the buttons - Know more & Talk to agent
⦿ Before you get to the email node, use the name node to collect the user's name
⦿ Then, choose email node under collect data to get the email id from the user
⦿ You can use the customization options for the email node as in the text node
⦿ Finally, end the flow with a thank you message
