This Subscription & Refund Policy explains how we collect, process and refund payment for your organization(hereinafter addressed as “you”, “your”, “yourself”). We are the operator of the website www.konverse.ai, associated mobile application and a provider of a range of services thereto. This Policy applies to payment related information that we collect through our website, mobile application, electronic communications or services (collectively, the “Site”).
We provide our services by way of subscription. Subscriptions can be categorised as Trial Plan & Premium Plan. All customers on enrollment are by default onboarded to a free trial of 14 days. You'll have to declare your credit card information to use our services post completion of Trial Period. At the time of subscription, you can choose the plan that best suits your business need and the day of activation of plan is considered as the start day of subscription. If you've some additional trial days left against your account, that'll be will be forfeited. Your subscription will be charged in USD/INR, unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
Your credit card will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. If you choose a monthly plan, your card will be charged again on the first day of the new monthly billing cycle. If you are on a yearly plan, your card will be charged on the first day of the new yearly cycle. If you've availed any professional services, the same will be charged as an add-on.
Your payment is secured by payment gateway Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store any credit card information related to subscription. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
You can cancel your active subscription at any time from our dashboard. You can continue to use your account till the end of your billing cycle post which your account will be disabled. If you're facing issue in cancellation, drop us an email at email@example.com
You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. However you can continue to use the current plan till the end of billing period and new subscription will come into effect from new billing cycle. Please note we do not offer any refund.
