A Monthly Active User (MAU) is an end-user who has had at least one interaction with the business across any Konverse enabled communication channel during a month.

The MAU overage charge is a charge that will apply if you’ve used all active user for that particular month. We charge a flat rate of $ 0.015 for every additional MAU that interacts with your business. Remember that the conversations are unlimited and you'll not be charged overage on messages or sessions.

You can use your credit card or debit card for any subscription. Our subscriptions are charged monthly, however, we provide upto 20% discount based on half yearly & annual subscription payment. Talk to our team for any further clarifications.

All subscription plans come with a set of users. If you want to add more users than the plan limit, talk to our team for enterprise plan.

You can request for cancellation from subscription under settings tab. Your plan will get cancelled at the end of the term. We do not offer any refund.
