The use of the Image node in bot building with Konverse AI.
Here are the steps👇
⦿ Land on the Konverse dashboard
⦿ Choose the story builder option
⦿ Initiate the bot conversation with greeting using the text node
⦿ Add two buttons to the greeting -talk to an agent and no more
⦿ Choose the image node and add an image under the no more button
⦿ Test the bot
Here, when a customer chooses the no more button, the bot sends the image along with captions.
