Steps to use and manage tags & sub-tags at Konverse AI
- Click on Settings, Choose Tags & Sub-tags
- Add new tag. For example, 'Shipping'
- Add Sub-tags- For example, 'delay in delivery' , 'change in shipping address', 'delivered but not received'
Use of Tags & Sub-tags
Once a ticket raised by a customer is closed, add a tag & sub-tag to mark or categorize the conversation. It makes keeping a track of customer conversations easy.
