The Konverse Dashboard offers you the CSAT Configuration feature. To use the feature,
- Click on Settings
- Choose CSAT Configuration
- Enable the configuration switch and get started with the questions
- Add questions like 'rate the bot conversation on a scale of 1-10' & few others
- Lastly, save the configuration
Saving the CSAT configuration will ensure that every time a customer-bot interaction ends, the set questions are asked to the customers for a quick feedback. This way you can keep making continuous improvements!
