The Konverse Dashboard offers you the CSAT Configuration feature. To use the feature,

  • Click on Settings 

  • Choose CSAT Configuration

  • Enable the configuration switch and get started with the questions

  • Add questions like 'rate the bot conversation on a scale of 1-10' & few others

  • Lastly, save the configuration

Saving the CSAT configuration will ensure that every time a customer-bot interaction ends, the set questions are asked to the customers for a quick feedback. This way you can keep making continuous improvements!
