How to manage Business Hours

Let your customers know about the support agents’ availability. With the business hours feature, one can communicate to customers if they are available or not.

Steps to use business hours feature. 

  • Click on Settings and then Business. Set operational hours and time-zones if necessary

  • One can find a place to type in your 'Away Message.' This message is sent to a customer who contacts you outside of business hours.

Example - Hi! We’re away right now. Will get back to you soon!
